What are the benefits of Biodynamic Massage It can promote deep relaxation, relieving stress, tension and anxiety helpful in the treatment of many conditions:-back pain, headaches, insomnia, stress related conditions, emotional states such as anxiety and depression, high blood pressure. Of course you do not need to have a complaint or illness, it is helpful to anyone. What benefits can be expected? Treatment over a period of time can lead to a change in posture, an increase in breathing, improved body tone and circulation and a release of emotions. How I Work I work sensitively and intuitively with each person, tailor-making the session to suit the needs of the individual with massage techniques suited to a person’s body and energy structure. This massage is very much about validating, about working with each client as an individual so that they gain a better awareness of their body and of their own unique self. The session (approx 1 hour) In a first session you will be asked to say a little about your life and medical history in order to discuss the best treatment for you. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. During the massage session the client removes their outer clothing and is covered by a towel.
