What is Massage?
Massage is essentially relaxing. It encourages a sense of well being and supports the Body’s natural healing capacity. It can help you to feel at peace and renew your Vitality.

Holistic Massage treats the whole person to help restore The balance and to release the blocks in energy flow accumulated in times of heightened stress and in our daily living.

What are the benefits of massage?
It can relieve stress, tense muscles,,, back pain, and general aches and pains, improve Circulation. Regular massage can help to re-balance the whole body, enhance The quality of life. Treatment over a period of time can lead to a change in posture, an Increase in breathing, and a greater awareness of their body.

What happens during a session?
Initially I ask a few questions about your medical history to be able to decide The best way to work with you. This is followed by massage. The session lasts approximately an hour. At the end of the session, I may suggest ways to support your health care where appropriate between treatments.

How I work
I work sensitively with each person, tailor-making the session to suit the needs of The individual with massage techniques suited to a person’s body and energy structure. I also use essential oils with holistic massage treatments, selecting oils best suited to each person’s energy and health requirements
